It has been exactly one year since we sent Emma to the USA for her SDR (selective dorsal rhizotomy) surgery, which YOU all helped to fundraise for. Your support and your generosity are appreciated more than you will ever know!  You have allowed a little girl to reach her full potential in life, and acheive things she never thought possible.  It is thanks to you, that she is living a 'normal' and very happy life.

A huge thank you to Simon at Simon Saunders Design and Rich Anderson at Boson Media who made this website possible.  And a huge thank you to ALL OF YOU for the fundraising and making it all happen.  Thanks to your efforts, we reached our goal of raising £30,000 to send Emma for surgery in the USA that is not available in the UK.  It was an amazing process, and you should all feel so proud of yourself that you have been a part of this journey and made an investment in Emma's future!!
